The Mission of St. Andrew's Episcopal Church

In response to God's grace and love extended to us through his Son Jesus Christ, and empowered by the Holy Spirit, we are called:

• to worship God as a Eucharistic community grounded in the Bible, using The Book of Common Prayer and enriching our liturgy with a variety of styles;

            St. Andrew's utilizes both Rite I and Rite II liturgies, as well as periodically using less formal liturgies.   Several times each year the main Sunday Eucharist is simplified, with a focus on children in worship.

            Several groups meet mid-week for systematic Bible study, including Men's Journey Through the Word. 

            Music in worship reflects a wide variety of styles and sources, ranging from traditional Anglican to contemporary. 

            An adult choir and instrumentalists regularly enrich our worship.
