Property Fund: $43,000

Ongoing building maintenance is a fact of any building. A successful campaign that allows us to put aside funds for future building expenses or upgrades would prevent us from tapping into our current endowment fund and would prevent us from needing future loans.

Challenge Goal-$37,000 ($400,000 total). Any monies above and beyond the designate $363,000 would go into the property fund. These monies will be used as we prioritize upgrades, provide maintenance to the building for for future building and property enhancements.
